These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of XStringer, a localization platform operated by Unforced LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

XStringer provides AI-powered translation services for mobile and web application localization, supporting multiple file formats including .strings, .xcstrings, and Android XML files.

By using XStringer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

XStringer provides the following services:

• AI-powered translation of application strings
• Support for multiple file formats (.strings, .xcstrings, .xml)
• Project management and organization tools
• Credit-based usage system
• Local storage of translation data

To use certain features of XStringer, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

XStringer operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased through our pricing packages
• 1 credit = 4 words for translation
• Credits multiply by the number of target languages
• Credits never expire
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds are provided for used credits

You agree not to use XStringer to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service for spam or malicious purposes

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to XStringer. You grant us a limited license to process your content for translation purposes only.

Our Service: XStringer, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Unforced LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Translations: AI-generated translations are provided as-is and do not constitute intellectual property ownership transfer.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

XStringer stores your translation data locally in your browser. We do not collect or store your translation content on our servers.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service
• Update or modify the service with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for violations of these Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unforced LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of XStringer.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

XStringer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Translation accuracy or quality
• Service availability or uptime
• Compatibility with all file formats
• Data security or backup

You may stop using XStringer at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but any remaining credits will be preserved according to our credit policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
